NeoHumon (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. We provide human development services including assessments, coaching sessions, and clarity reports. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data through our website and services.

This policy is in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data: name, age, educational background, profession.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number.
  • Assessment data: responses to our questionnaires, which may constitute sensitive personal data under Indian law.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, device and browser information collected via standard web analytics.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Generate and deliver your Ikigai Profile Report.
  • Facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions and action roadmaps.
  • Communicate with you about your journey and our services.
  • Improve our assessment tools and service quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your assessment data for AI model training, profiling for advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering the services you have requested.

4. Consent

By submitting an assessment or booking a session, you provide free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent to our processing of your personal data as described in this policy, consistent with the requirements of the DPDPA 2023.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@neohumon.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Coaches and facilitators: who work directly with you as part of your programme, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Service providers: such as cloud hosting, email, and analytics providers, under data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: where required by Indian law or a valid court order.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and for up to 3 years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Assessment data may be retained to provide continuity if you return for additional programmes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices as required under Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Withdraw consent for processing.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for operation and analytics cookies to understand usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some functionality.
