1. About NeoHumon
NeoHumon (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a human development platform operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. By accessing our website or using our services, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NeoHumon provides:
- Human advantage assessments and the Ikigai Profile Report.
- 1:1 coaching sessions with trained coaches.
- Action roadmap development.
- Organisational programmes for teams and institutions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Users under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Booking and Payments
Sessions and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We may reschedule sessions where a coach is unavailable; you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during assessment and registration.
- Engage honestly and in good faith during coaching sessions.
- Not share or distribute your Ikigai Profile Report for commercial purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our assessment methodology.
- Treat coaches and NeoHumon staff with respect.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, assessments, frameworks, and reports — is the intellectual property of NeoHumon and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Your Ikigai Profile Report is prepared for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
7. Confidentiality of Sessions
Coaching sessions are confidential. Coaches will not share session content with third parties except where disclosure is required by law, or where you have consented (e.g. in the case of a parent–student programme where a parent is a named participant).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
NeoHumon is a clarity and development platform, not a medical, psychological, or mental health service. Our assessments and coaching are not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice.
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — career success, employment, or personal transformation — as results depend on your individual engagement and circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NeoHumon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where a user violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or provides false information. You may discontinue use of our services at any time.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
